At Sunbourne buying a caravan holiday home couldn't be any easier. Our highly experienced sales team operate on a strictly no pressure basis. We will show you around our fantastic leisure facilities; take a walk or golf buggy trip around the park so you can get a feel of the community atmosphere that is so apparent here. On our way around the park feel free to ask any of the many questions that you'll no doubt have, things like how much are site fees? Do I have to change my caravan every 10 years? Can I bring my dog? Don't worry if you can't remember some of the questions you wanted to ask, we will go through everything with you in a friendly, informal but professional manner so that you will have all the knowledge you need to decide whether this is the place for you.
Take the opportunity to have a look at some of the new and used caravans and review the plots we have available. But our advice is always this:

Your Holiday Home Could Pay You Back

If your holiday home is less than eight years old, then subletting is a great way to earn money when you're not using it. Of course some people are put off by the potential hassle and responsibilities, but now there is an easier way.
Sunbourne now offer a Subletting service for all our holiday home owners at Glan y Môr Caravan Park and Sŵn y Môr Holiday Park. Here's how the service works:
No Hassle Service
» Sunbourne will handle all the booking and key handling arrangements.
» Because some people are uncomfortable with strangers handling their personal things, Sunbourne can provide a basic kit to include linen, pots and pans and crockery.
» Sunbourne check and clean your holiday home after each booking using our own cleaners, not agency staff. That way we ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Choose a Simple Letting Option
Scheme A
» If you sublet for 16 weeks or more, between Easter and October, then Sunbourne will refund 10% of your annual site fees.
Scheme B
» Sublet for just 1 week or as many as you like (between May and September) - it's your home, you choose.
